Agreement

By ordering a container or service from GoldenCoast Dumpster Rental Visalia, you agree to these terms. Quoted rates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Rental Period and Rates

Standard rentals include a seven-day period, delivery, pickup and a stated tonnage allowance. Additional days are billed at the posted daily rate. Weight beyond the allowance is billed per ton at the prevailing facility rate.

Placement and Property

The customer is responsible for identifying a legal, accessible placement location and for obtaining any encroachment or right-of-way permit required for placement in a public street. Roll-off containers and trucks are heavy. While we place protective boards under container rails on request, the customer accepts responsibility for damage to driveways, walkways, curbs, lawns, irrigation, septic systems and underground utilities arising from placement at their direction.

Loading Rules

Debris must be level with or below the top rail so the load can be legally tarped. Overfilled containers cannot be hauled and may incur a dry-run charge. Do not move or relocate a container after placement.

Prohibited Materials

Hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, fuels, oils, pesticides, asbestos-containing material, medical waste, batteries, sealed pressurized containers and radioactive material are prohibited. The customer is responsible for all costs, fines and remediation resulting from prohibited materials placed in a container.

Title to Waste

Title to and liability for prohibited waste remains with the customer. Title to acceptable waste transfers to us upon collection.

Payment

Payment is due on delivery unless an account has been established. Delinquent balances may accrue interest at the maximum lawful rate, and we may suspend service on accounts in arrears.

Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule at no charge before the truck is dispatched. A dry-run fee applies when a truck arrives and cannot place or retrieve a container due to blocked access, an overloaded container or prohibited contents.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including project delays.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for any dispute lies in Tulare County, California.
